Investment Offer

Sale, joint venture on, lease of the real property at:
Gdańsk, Długi Targ 1-10

Invitation to tender

The development lot which includes the townhouses at 1-10 Długi Targ Street (Long Market) is one of the most interesting locations on offer in the heart of the Old Town of Gdańsk.  Apart from the existing complex of heritage buildings, the lot offers the advantage of a large backyard, which opens a broad range of development and transformation opportunities.

The property lies at the convergence of two historic streets: Długa and Długi Targ (Long Street and Long Market). The townhouses located there used to be dwelt in by the wealthiest residents of Gdańsk.  Houses numbered 1 to 4 would serve as the local residence for the frequently visiting Polish kings, hence their name: ‘Royal Houses’.  The monarchs’ ceremonial entries to the city along Długa and Długi Targ Streets (Long Street and Long Market) gave the high road its name – Royal Route.  Its status of the most prestigious city area in Gdańsk has survived to this day. The immediate neighbourhood is dotted with museums, galleries, restaurants, cafes, and top tourist attractions: the authentic Town Hall of the Main City, Artus Court, and Neptune Fountain.  A stone throw from there rises the monumental Blessed Virgin Mary Basilica with the charming St. Mary’s Street running from the church towards the Long Wharf on the Motlawa River.  The Baltic Philharmonics and the Wybrzeże Theatre are almost round the corner.  All those city quarters are frequented by thousands of visitors to the Tri-City.  The 2015 statistics read that the Pomeranian Voivodship, Gdańsk included, hosted ca. 8,5 million visitors in that year alone.
